AIRCRAFT STORAGE HANGER

Federation Council owns the land and grants a Licence Agreement until 30 June 2030 for the owner of the hanger to occupy the land for a very modest fee of $259.23 for the year of 2018/2019. An annual increase of this fee applies with the Sydney CPI All Groups as at 1 July annually.

The hanger has a permitted use from the Federation Council of storage of aircraft and associated equipment used for the maintenance and operation of those aircraft.
